The probate process is complex and difficult to navigate when attempted without an attorney. Our firm represents Executors and Administrators, to guide them through the formal Probate process. We advise on the duties of management, record-keeping and reporting. We prepare and file all necessary court documents, publish requisite notices, appear at any hearings and obtain orders, assist in enforcing orders against the relevant financial institutions, record and prepare the transfer deeds and related property tax filings, and any and all duties required to administer the estate successfully through Probate.
We also represent beneficiaries of estates to monitor the administration and maximize their interests.

Our firm represents clients who need assistance in obtaining elder abuse restraining orders for financial and physical abuse of an elder. Whether it is another family member, caregiver or significant other, we have experience in successfully obtaining protection for elders in urgent situations. Given our experience with Conservatorships, we are also able to obtain authority to manage an elder’s healthcare and financial affairs to prevent further abuse.
Additionally, we are experienced in pursuing civil lawsuits for monetary damages for elder abuse.
